Reports
User reporting system
/report lets a member report a message or another member to staff. Reports go to the channel you choose and can ping a staff role. You set the report categories and a cooldown between reports.

Set it up
- Switch on Reports
Dashboard → your server → Modules → Support & Tickets → Reports. It starts off, like every feature.
- Open Reports in the sidebar
Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.

Where member reports are posted for staff.
- Staff Role to Ping
This role is pinged for each new report.
- Allow Anonymous Reports
Let users submit reports without revealing identity
- Try /report
Report a member to the server's staff New commands show up within about a minute; press Ctrl+R in Discord if you can't see them yet.
Settings
Everything on the Reports page of the dashboard. Changes save as you make them.

- DM Reporter on Status Change
- Notify the reporter when their report is updated
- ⭐ Ask the reporter for a rating
- The update DM asks how well their report was handled (1–5 stars). Needs "DM updates" on.
- Report Categories (one per line)
- The reasons members pick from, for example Spam, Harassment. e.g. Harassment Spam NSFW Scam Other
- Cooldown Seconds Between Reports
- How long a member waits between reports.

Who can use each one is up to you: the "Who can use this" card on the page, or Command Access.
