Ban Appeals

Allow banned users to appeal

Banned members appeal through a web form on cubsoftware.site, answering the questions you set. Appeals arrive in your channel for the review role to accept or deny, with a minimum wait after a ban and a limit on appeals per person.

  • Free, like every feature
  • Off until you switch it on

Set it up

  1. Switch on Ban Appeals

Dashboard → your server → Modules → Support & Tickets → Ban Appeals. It starts off, like every feature.

  2. Open Ban Appeals in the sidebar

Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.

  3. Enable Ban Appeals

Allow banned users to submit appeals

  4. Appeals Channel

    Choose what suits your server.

  5. Review Role

    Choose what suits your server.

  6. Appeal Form Questions (one per line)

For example: Why were you banned? Why should we unban you? What will you do differently?
