Welcome
Configure join/leave messages and auto-roles
Posts a welcome message, as text or an image card with your title, colours and background, when someone joins, and an optional DM. Auto-roles can be given on join after a delay, and a goodbye message is posted when someone leaves.

Set it up
- Switch on Welcome
Dashboard → your server → Modules → Joining & Welcome → Welcome. It starts off, like every feature.
- Open Welcome in the sidebar
Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.
- Welcome Channel
The channel the welcome message (or card) is posted in when someone joins.
- Message Format
An embed or plain text. The picture card is switched on separately, further down the page.

Variables: {user}, {username}, {server}, {membercount}, {usertag}
- DM Message (optional)
Send a DM to new members when they join. Variables: {user}, {username}, {server}, {membercount}
Settings
Everything on the Welcome page of the dashboard. Changes save as you make them.

- Welcome Channel
- The channel the welcome message (or card) is posted in when someone joins.
- Message Format

- Welcome Message
- Variables: {user}, {username}, {server}, {membercount}, {usertag} e.g. Welcome to {server}, {user}!
- DM Message (optional)
- Send a DM to new members when they join. Variables: {user}, {username}, {server}, {membercount} e.g. Leave empty to disable DM on join
- 🖼️ Welcome card image
- Add a picture with the member's avatar and name to the welcome message.
- Card title
- The big line on the welcome card. You can use {user}, {username} and {server}. e.g. WELCOME
- Card subtitle
- The smaller line under the title, for example "Member #{membercount}". e.g. Member #{membercount}
- Greeting line (Greeter layout: the small line under the title)
- Sends a preview to the selected welcome channel e.g. So glad you're here!
- Roles to Assign
- Roles every new member gets when they join. The bot's own role must be above them in Server Settings → Roles.
- Delay (seconds)
- 0 = instant. Set a delay to prevent raids from getting roles immediately.
- Goodbye Channel
- Where the goodbye message is posted when someone leaves. Leave it empty for no goodbye message.
- Goodbye Message
- Variables: {user}, {username}, {server}, {membercount}, {usertag} e.g. Goodbye {user}!
- Delete Goodbye After
- Auto-delete the goodbye message after a delay
- Show Member Count in Goodbye
- Display the current member count in goodbye messages
- 🖼️ Goodbye card image
- A picture with the member's avatar and name on the goodbye message, like the welcome card.
- Mention User in Welcome
- Ping the user in the welcome message so they get notified
- Delete Welcome After
- Auto-delete the welcome message after a delay
- Show Member Count
- Display "You are member #X" in the welcome message
