Web Forms

Any form, on a page of its own, answered into Discord

Build any form on the dashboard (title, up to 10 questions) and share its own page on cubsoftware.site. People sign in with Discord to fill it in, and each answer is posted to your staff channel with Approve and Deny buttons. Approving can give a role, and either decision can DM the person.

Set it up

1. Switch on Web Forms

   Dashboard → your server → Modules → Joining & Welcome → Web Forms. It starts off, like every feature.

2. Open Web Forms in the sidebar

   Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.

3. Title

   For example: Moderator application

4. Description (optional)

   Choose what suits your server.

5. Answers go to

   Choose what suits your server.

6. Who can approve (blank = Manage Server)

   Choose what suits your server.
