Ticket Close Warning
One warning in a quiet ticket before it closes by itself. Any reply cancels it.
How it works
Works with "Auto-Close After Inactivity" on the Tickets page. When a ticket has been quiet for long enough, CUB PROTECTOR posts one warning in it, for example "This ticket closes in 6 hours unless someone replies", and can mention the person who opened it. Anyone replying cancels the warning (and can delete it), and the clock starts again. A ticket is never closed until its warning has been up for the time you set, and the same quiet spell never gets a second warning. You set how many hours before (1 to 168, never more than half the auto-close time), the wording, the mention and whether the warning is deleted on a reply.
