Ticket Saved Replies
Your support team saves replies and posts them in a ticket with /ticket reply.
How it works
Save up to 50 replies on the Tickets page, each with a name and text. The text can use {user} (the person who opened the ticket), {staff} (who sends it), {server}, {ticket} (its number) and {type}. Inside a ticket, your support team types /ticket reply and picks one from the list as they type. Only staff and the support roles can use it, and only in a ticket. Send them as a normal message or as an embed.

Questions
Is Ticket Saved Replies free?
Yes. Ticket Saved Replies and all 227 CUB PROTECTOR features are 100% free. There's no premium tier, no paywalled limits and no ads.
Is it on by default?
No. Every feature starts switched off, so your server only gets what you choose. Switch it off again any time from Modules.
Can I choose who uses it?
Yes. Every page has a "Who can use this" card: Discord's default, everyone, admins only, or only the roles and members you pick, plus channels, cooldowns and a block list.
Where do I get help?
Ask in the CUB SOFTWARE support server, or use the CUB Helper at the bottom-right of the site.
