User Notes
Add private notes to users
Private notes on members that only staff can see, such as "warned verbally about spam". Add, list and delete them with /note in Discord, or search a member on the dashboard and add notes there.

Set it up
- Switch on User Notes
Dashboard → your server → Modules → Moderation → User Notes. It starts off, like every feature.
- Open User Notes in the sidebar
Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.
- Search User
For example: Username or ID
- User ID
For example: Enter user ID
- Note
For example: Enter note content...
- Try /note
Private staff notes about a member New commands show up within about a minute; press Ctrl+R in Discord if you can't see them yet.
Settings
Everything on the User Notes page of the dashboard. Changes save as you make them.
- Search User
- Choose what suits your server. e.g. Username or ID
- User ID
- Choose what suits your server. e.g. Enter user ID
- Note
- Choose what suits your server. e.g. Enter note content...

Who can use each one is up to you: the "Who can use this" card on the page, or Command Access.
