Mod Actions

View logs, manage punishments, and take mod actions

The standard moderation commands: /ban, /unban, /kick, /mute (a Discord timeout), /unmute and /softban (ban and unban to clear someone's messages). Every action is recorded as a case, and the dashboard shows recent cases, active punishments and recent warnings, with quick actions of its own.

  • Free, like every feature
  • Off until you switch it on
  • 8 commands

Set it up

  1. Switch on Mod Actions

Dashboard → your server → Modules → Moderation → Mod Actions. It starts off, like every feature.

  2. Open Mod Actions in the sidebar

Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.

  3. Require a reason

Ban, kick, mute, warn and softban are refused unless the moderator says why. Every case then has a reason on record.

  4. Announce bans

Post a message in a channel whenever someone is banned (by anyone, with any bot). They are named, never pinged.

  5. Channel

Where a message is posted whenever someone is banned (by anyone, with any bot).

  6. Message ({user}, {server}, {reason})

The ban announcement. {user} is the banned member (named, never pinged) and {reason} is the reason given.

  7. Try /ban

Ban a user from the server New commands show up within about a minute; press Ctrl+R in Discord if you can't see them yet.
