Follow any game on Steam and the bot posts its patch notes and news in the channel you choose, optionally pinging a role. Unlimited games, with your choice of layout and patch-note length. /gameupdates follow and latest work from Discord.

Set it up
- Switch on Game Updates
Dashboard → your server → Modules → Gaming → Game Updates. It starts off, like every feature.
- Open Game Updates in the sidebar
Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.
- Which channel should the updates go to?
Patch notes and news for the games you pick are posted here.
- Ping a role (optional)
This role is pinged with each update.
- What to post
Patch notes only, every developer post (patches, events, announcements), or everything including news sites.
- Message above the post (optional)

Settings
Everything on the Game Updates page of the dashboard. Changes save as you make them.

- What to post
- Patch notes only, every developer post (patches, events, announcements), or everything including news sites.
- Message above the post (optional)
- Variables: {role} {game} {title} {url} {type} e.g. {role}
- 🔔 "Notify me" button
- A button under each post so members can give themselves the ping role (or remove it).
- Layout
- Full, with patch notes and a large image, or compact, with a short summary and a small image.
- Patch notes length (characters)
- Longer notes end with a "Read the full patch notes" link.
- Show images
- The image from the post, or the game's banner.
- ⚡ Post instantly
- Check Steam every minute instead of every 10, so patch notes and updates post as soon as they're out.
- Publish in announcement channels
- Followers of an announcement channel get each update in their own servers too.
