Free Games
Post games that are free to keep on Epic and Steam: only giveaways run by the store itself, never third-party key sites.

Set it up
- Switch on Free Games
Dashboard → your server → Modules → Gaming → Free Games. It starts off, like every feature.
- Open Free Games in the sidebar
Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.
- Channel
Where free games are posted.
- Ping a role (optional)
This role is pinged for each free game. Members can get it from a self-role menu.
- Post style
One post with all the new free games, or a separate post for each game with its own picture.
- Epic's next free games
Post what Epic will give away next week as soon as it's announced.
- Try /freegames
Games that are free to keep right now on Epic and Steam New commands show up within about a minute; press Ctrl+R in Discord if you can't see them yet.
Settings
Everything on the Free Games page of the dashboard. Changes save as you make them.
- Channel
- Where free games are posted.
- Ping a role (optional)
- This role is pinged for each free game. Members can get it from a self-role menu.
- Post style
- One post with all the new free games, or a separate post for each game with its own picture.
- Epic's next free games
- Post what Epic will give away next week as soon as it's announced.
- Include free DLC
- Add-ons for games, not just full games.
- Claim buttons
- A button under each post linking to the store page. Game names in the post are links either way.
- 🔔 "Notify me" button
- Members can give themselves the ping role from any post.
- Message above each post
- Variables: {role} {game} {store} {url} e.g. {role}
- Post a list every day
- One message with everything free today, plus what Epic gives away next.
- Time
- When free games are posted.
- Delete yesterday's list
- On: the channel only ever shows today's list. Off: every day's list stays.
- Ping the role
- Ping the Free Games role with each daily list (off by default: once a day adds up).
