Rods to buy and treasure chests: /fish gear
/fish gear shows a member's rod and the next one; /fish gear upgrade:True buys it. Each rod makes rare, epic and legendary catches more likely and junk less likely, by the amounts you set. Any /fish cast can also bring up a treasure chest with coins (and a shop item if you choose). You set the rods, prices, odds, the chest chance and coins, and the wording. Needs Fishing, and Economy for coins.

Dashboard → your server → Modules → Levels & Economy → Fishing Gear & Treasure. It starts off, like every feature.
