Event Sign-ups & Reminders
Sign-up slots, a waitlist, reminders and Add to calendar for your events
How it works
Needs Events & RSVP. /events setup gives an event sign-up slots, each with a name, emoji, how many and an optional role, and members pick one from a menu on the event. Set a cap and, once an event or slot is full, members join a waitlist: when someone drops out the first person waiting moves up and gets one message. Each event can have up to 5 reminders (or the server's defaults), sent once each in the channel, by DM, or both. An Add to calendar button gives Google Calendar, Outlook and an .ics file, and the dashboard can make a private calendar feed for the whole server that never shows who signed up. Times show in each member's own time zone, and times your staff type are read in the server's time zone (New Zealand unless you change it). /events edit changes one date of a repeating event without changing the rest.
