Protected Roles

Roles no automatic action can ever touch

Roles that no automatic action can ever touch: filters, anti-spam and other automatic punishments skip members who have them. Useful for staff, bots you trust or partners.

Set it up

  1. Switch on Protected Roles

    Dashboard → your server → Modules → Oversight → Protected Roles. It starts off, like every feature.

  2. Open Protected Roles in the sidebar

    Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.

  3. Enable Protected Roles

    Anti-Nuke stops someone destroying the server. This stops the everyday case — a filter or an escalation muting a moderator because their message tripped a threshold.
