Polls
Create and manage polls
/poll or the dashboard creates a poll with two to five options, each with an emoji, and an optional end time. Choose the voting style, how results are shown, which role can create polls and the longest a poll can run.

Set it up
- Switch on Polls
Dashboard → your server → Modules → Events & Voting → Polls. It starts off, like every feature.
- Open Polls in the sidebar
Its settings save as you change them and work straight away.

- Options (2–5 — pick an emoji and a label)
The answers people can pick, each with an emoji.
- Channel
Where the poll is posted.
- Duration (optional)
How long it stays open, for example 1h or 2d. Empty means until someone ends it.

Create a poll New commands show up within about a minute; press Ctrl+R in Discord if you can't see them yet.
Settings
Everything on the Polls page of the dashboard. Changes save as you make them.
- Question
- What you're asking. e.g. What should we play tonight?
- Options (2–5 — pick an emoji and a label)
- The answers people can pick, each with an emoji. e.g. 😀
- Channel
- Where the poll is posted.
- Duration (optional)
- How long it stays open, for example 1h or 2d. Empty means until someone ends it. e.g. 1h, 1d
- Voting style
- Buttons, or a select menu.
- Show results
- Live as votes come in, or only after the poll ends.
- Anonymous voting
- Hide who voted for what — show counts only
- Enable Polls
- Allow poll creation in the server
- Allow Members to Create Polls
- Let regular members create polls
- Required Role to Create
- Only members with this role can start a poll with /poll. Empty means anyone who can use the command.
- Max Poll Duration (hours)
- The longest a poll may run.
- Allow Multiple Choice
- Let voters select multiple options
- Show Results While Voting
- Display live results during the poll
- Poll Channel Restriction
- Polls can only be started in this channel.
